RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY Due to Health Regulations, no refunds or exchanges can be given on products of Bed Mats or Incontinence/Training Pants not returned in original unused & unsoiled condition.   Refunds and Exchanges can be given for products bought and returned in original condition within 14 days from date of purchase. Returned products must be unwashed, unsoiled, undamaged and in original condition. Proof of purchase in the form of original receipt needed at time of refund/exchange.  Buyer to pay return postage costs. WHEN A PRODUCT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED If the customer finds the item/s cheaper elsewhere.  If the customer causes the product/s to fail. If the product is not in original packaging. If the product is soiled, damaged or has been washed. If the customer changes their mind. Without original purchase invoice.  WARRANTY  BEDazzled Bed Mats®  are guaranteed against defects in Manufacture for a period of 60 days from date of purchase. When a product will not be repaired or replaced. If the customer causes the product to fail due to wear through use, misuse or failure to follow care  instructions.
